Most small businesses end up juggling a web person, a logo person and a print shop, and hoping the three of them agree. Rooted Coast Design is all three, in one place, on the Oregon coast. One person builds the site, draws the mark, and sends the cards to print, so everything matches and nothing falls through the cracks.
I build from a system, not a template.
Every site is hand coded in plain HTML, CSS and a little JavaScript, driven by one set of design tokens. That is why a build can ship in days without looking like a template, and why a color change or a new photo later is a quick edit, not a rebuild. No page builders, no plugins to break, nothing bolted on that I cannot fix.
Nothing goes live until it is right.
Before anything ships I check it the way a printer checks a proof: every screen size from a small phone up, every form submitted and confirmed, every link followed, the load time measured on a slow rural connection. You see a preview and sign off before it goes anywhere near your customers. On the print side, nothing hits the press until you approve the proof.
You work with one person, start to finish.
From the first call to launch day you talk to the person actually building your site, not an account manager passing notes to a team you never meet. Everything that leaves here carries one name, which is exactly why it gets checked twice. When you need something down the road, you reach me directly and hear back within one business day.
