I set it up with the build. A domain runs about $12 a year from the registrar and it is yours, not mine.
Most yards are fine with a personal page, and some have rules worth respecting. If your program sets the fee, the card shows the program's fee or leaves rates off. If requests have to go through the caddie office, the booking form points there instead of your inbox. I build the card to match how your yard actually works, and if you want, I will check with your caddie master first.
