You order, we start the clock.

As soon as your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we send your onboarding form. No lengthy intake calls — just the essentials we need to get moving.

Day 1 — Content Collection

We gather what we need from you.

You provide your logo, brand colors, photos, and copy using our simple checklist. Don't have everything? Tell us — we'll adapt and source what's missing.

Days 1–4 — The Build

We build your site on a private staging server.

We clone your selected template, apply your brand, place your content, configure your forms, and wire everything up. You won't see it yet — we want it polished before you do.

Day 4–5 — Your Review

You get a private preview + walkthrough video.

We send you a staging link and a Loom video walking through your new site. You have 48 hours to review. We apply revisions — usually same day.

What do I need ready before we start?

Your logo (PNG or SVG), an idea of your colors, any photos you want to use, and the basic text for each page. We send a simple content checklist that makes it easy.

What if I need more than the included revisions?

Additional revision rounds can be added for $99 each. We can discuss this upfront if you know you'll want more flexibility.

Do I need to be available during the build?

Not at all. We just need your content upfront, then we build. Most clients spend 30–60 minutes total on the whole project from their side.

What happens to my old website during the build?

Nothing — we build your new site on a private staging server. Your current site stays live until the moment you approve the new one and we flip the switch.

Can I make changes after launch?

Absolutely — that's what the Care Plan is for. You can submit update requests any time via email. We handle up to 30–120 minutes of changes per month depending on your plan.

What if I want to add features later?

We can add almost anything to a WordPress site — booking, e-commerce, membership areas. We'll quote any additions before doing the work, so there are never surprises.
