Day 1: Content Collection

I gather what I need from you.

You provide your logo, brand colors, photos, and copy using a simple checklist. Don't have everything? Tell me, I'll adapt and help you fill the gaps.

Days 1–4: The Build

I build your site on a private staging server.

I start from the layout that fits your business, apply your brand, place your content, configure your forms, and wire everything up. You won't see it yet, I want it polished before you do.

Day 4–5: Your Review

You get a private preview, plus a walkthrough video on Timber & Old Growth.

I send you a staging link, and on Timber and Old Growth a Loom video walking through your new site. You have 48 hours to review. I apply revisions, usually same day.

What to expect,
in plain English.

What do I need ready before the build starts?

Your logo (PNG or SVG), an idea of your colors, any photos you want to use, and the basic text for each page. I send a checklist, and I chase down whatever is missing rather than letting the project stall on it.

What if I need more than the included revisions?

Another full round is $99. If you already know you will want more room to move, say so on the consult and I will build it into the quote.

Do I need to be available during the build?

No. I need your content upfront, then I build. Most owners spend 30 to 60 minutes total on the whole project from their side.

What happens to my old website during the build?

Nothing. I build your new site on a private staging server. Your current site stays live until the moment you approve the new one and I flip the switch.

Can I make changes after launch?

Yes, that is what the Care Plan is for. Email me the change any time. I handle up to 30 to 120 minutes of changes a month depending on your plan.

What if I am slow getting my content to you?

No penalty, and I will chase what is missing. But the five day clock starts the day your content lands, and if it has not arrived within 30 days of ordering I hold your files and put the build in the next open slot rather than leaving it half finished.

What if I want to add features later?

I can add almost anything to your site: booking, e-commerce, galleries, review pages. I'll quote any additions before doing the work, so there are never surprises.
